Ray is proud to represent his emerging Architectural firm, RGAL, incorporated in Saskatchewan and its 7th year of operation. Having expanded to meet a growing client demand, the RGAL office resides on the main floor of the First Nations University of Canada on the University of Regina Campus. With his Indigenous ancestry, and a member of the Indigenous Task Force for the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, Ray is the leading expert in the creation of design & Indigenous spaces. RGAL offers Architectural Design, Planning, Project Management and Community Engagement services for the development and renovation of properties and buildings. Built on 30 years of architectural experience, Ray and his team continue to deliver timely and quality services for clients investing in community and infrastructure growth.
Currently in the process of completing her PMP certification (Project Management Professional, PMI recognized), Olivia brings over 10 years of experience in project coordination, communications, marketing and event management expertise to the team. She works closely with project team members, sub consultants and stakeholders to help deliver every project efficiently. Olivia manages many project administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support. She uses her client relations and event planning expertise to achieve unique goals with every project. With a background rooted in business and her Indigenous ancestry fueling her drive to coordinate and
assist with many reconciliation initiatives and events, Olivia can lead or assist with all community engagement activities.
With her passion in numbers and organization, Tanya is a well-rounded asset to the RGAL team. She provides support during initial project coordination, data collection and project engagement workshops. She will assist with consultant coordination, meeting preparations and the preparation of reports. She assists in project planning, financial management and budgeting and maintains excellent team-oriented communication outputs. With her main focus is supporting all project consultants, subconsultants and stakeholders.
Xeti is an intern architect for RGAL and will provide design services and support to the principal architect and sub consultants throughout all projects. Xeti has over 12 years of experience in residential, institutional, industrial and commercial projects. He provides extensive design support on projects, specializing in implementation, content creation, documentation and design processes. Xeti is well-versed in assisting the Project Manager and Principal Architect to achieve all project deadlines. Xeti manages standards and best practices to achieve consistent results in model management and maintenance for Revit Architecture & MEP technology.
Royce has supported RGAL for the past 2 years and has been an excellent techinical support to our professional consultants. With a bachelors degree in Media Arts and a strong aptitude for technology in business, Royce uses his design skills to support our designers in their technical programs. Royce assists during project data collection and planning stages and in the preparation of reports. He will provide graphic communications and assist in design document collection and distribution.
